The hotel is nice, but for sure not 5 stars, as it is presented. Also, the renovated process probably has been focused more on the lobby area and some small details in the rooms. We've been there for one week and we had time to notice the services, as well as all the aspects of the room.
The room was pretty large, with a nice view. The renovated part: a centralized system for room lighting and curtains opening/closure, a nice modern poster, cool sofa, and modern colored pillows. All the furniture in the room was pretty old. I supposed it was the furniture used in the old hotel Nassima, cause it looks very 80s. Same regarding the finishing in the bathroom and corridor. On the entrance door, you could see the stains of old stickers attached on the door previously. What we didn't appreciate so much was the cleaning service. When we arrived we had 2 face towels. We used one, and the next day, it has not to be replaced. But we stayed with the other left. Once we used the second one too, they have been never replaced during our stay there. The dust has never been cleaned during all the week, or if someone did it, maybe only in the super central visible part of the furniture. Once we used the shower cap, we had to leave a note to ask for new ones, since the previous day, nobody replaced them.
Also, the cleaning attention in the breakfast room was not even at the level of a 3 stars hotel. Throwing on the floor the breadcrumbs is not cleaning! Hope they will improve in the future!
