I've stayed in this room on many occasions and keep on coming back. Though I haven't met any of the staff, they are just a phone call away and are very helpful. Furthermore the place is clean and tidy and the location perfect for my needs.

Door code didn't work so I had to call the helpline, they were very helpful. I did not realise that it was a shared Kitchen & Bathroom, if I did I would not have booked it. The walls were quite thin so I could hear the next room talking. Room was cold too.

O anúncio dá a entender que você está alugando um apartamento inteiro privado, mas na realidade o banheiro e as áreas comuns são compartilhados com outras pessoas. Essa informação até existe no site, porém fica escondida e não é clara no momento da reserva. Acabei me sentindo induzido ao erro, porque pelas fotos e descrição parece um apartamento completo só para você. Só fui perceber a situação real quando cheguei no local. Não gostei da experiência e sinceramente não recomendaria. Pelo valor cobrado, vale mais a pena ficar em um hostel, que costuma ser mais barato e pelo menos deixa claro que os espaços serão compartilhados.

For the price, it was a decent option for us. However, please be aware that this is a basement rented out with two bedrooms, a kitchen / living room area and shared bathroom!! It would have been good to know this in advance. Bed was comfortable, room was warm though. Cleanliness was fine. The door to the basement is locked by a digital code on the handle, same with the bedroom door. It felt safe enough.

THIS IS A SHARED BATHROOM - you need to make this obvious to your guest! Other guests were walking into the apartment thinking they have the whole place to themselves. Obviously, it's not just me that fell for this!

Absolutely terrible. They lost the key to the patio, so we weren’t able to use it. We had to restart the boiler every time we wanted to use hot water, which only worked some of the time so we had to take ice cold showers. And a day into our stay all of the lights in the bathroom stopped working. I also accidentally left a $150 pair of headphones (completely my fault) in the room and immediately notified the host. They couldn’t be found, which was be cherry on top.

It was no room light, and no hot water . I reported next morning. Just send me you have to turn up electric braker, I did many times ,,but does not works. and hot water they said me it is working you have to have hot water ... If I have hot water , I did not need to report .... I can not understand even no apologise ,,,It was big surprised this organization system.

Although the property was clean and comfortable, and good value for central London, the experience was let down by poor service. The access email didn't arrive until 2.00 p.m. cleaning hadn't finished by the agreed checkin time, so the access code didn't work, and the boiler wasn't working properly, so no hot water or heating until I had to fix it. Good thing I knew what to do.

Would stay again

The room itself was very nice. The issue I had was with locating the room. The address takes you to flats but there is no explanation as to which flat and it is not signposted. Also there is £100 deposit required along with photo id which is required to get the code to enter. Not ideal. I would stay again tho as once I was in the property was very nice. Shared bathroom with two rooms

Overall, the property was very shabby from the outside down some dirty stairs to a basement. Suffice to say I stayed five minutes then left the place and went to stay somewhere else. However, I did obtain a refund after pressing Hotels.com

I have giving (0) to your services, you acted like a scammers, and I believe you are, i paid for the room in full and didn't get the services paid for, i was asked to pay a holding fees only after I paid for the room. The worst thing was the two different fees I was asked to pay, I was sent two different links for the same room (payment method) two links to pay £200.00, then I was sent a further two links to pay £100.00. therefore, I reported you, hopefully it can get my money back. No need to send me further survey because I have said everything I had to
