Room to small carpet, bathroom not clean sheet and towels very old. Buffet very limited not like the picture advertised. Very noisy area next to night club that plays music past 3 am in the morning. Also unsafe area as we had our wallet stolen near by area.

This is a horrible place to stay in it’s not even a motel ! Rooms smells like urine, outdated rooms, bathtub full of mold,be aware of the location too very unsafe! I had to move to a different hotel even when I couldn’t get my money back simply because I wasn’t able to stay there due to the condition of this place. The pictures on the website has nothing to do with how it really looks I felt scammed and this is a false advertisement!

Overbooking, without warning us. We arrived fir check in at 9pm we have been told to stay in another hotel next door the first night that doesn't serve breakfast so we had to come in this one for breakfast, coffee machine not working in breakfast room, electric power cut the whole morning the next day in the whole area no generator! Room had a very strong smell of cigarettes. Small, no space with 2 luggages. No compensation has been offered.

Oppholdt oss der i en uke. Ble ganske skuffet. Hotellet var langt i fra det som var vist i bildene eller fortalt i beskrivelsen. Har oppholdt meg i andre hoteller i samme område hvor beskrivelsen og bildene stemte ganske godt overens med virkeligheten. Ved ankomst til hotellet ble vi møtt av en likegyldig resepsjonist som verken så på oss eller giddet å hilse en gang. Det føltes som « unnskylde at vi forstyrrer deg men kan du sjekke oss inn? « Det var to andre hyggelige og hjelpsomme resepsjonister der dagene etter, men han første var også der noen netter med samme oppførsel. Rommet var ganske liten. Utrolig mye støy og bråk fra utsida men det var kanskje ikke helt unormalt. Cleanings service var bra. Badet trengte definitivt oppussing. Frokosten var skuffende. Ganske enkel frokost. I tillegg var maten som skulle serveres varm, servert kald hver eneste dag, for eks. Kokt egg, speilegg, pannekaker var alltid kalde. Varme retter var ikke frokostretter, eks. Spagetti, ris, nuggets, etc. til frokost. Alt i alt var skuffet over hotellet. Det er første gangen jeg skriver en så dårlig anmeldelse over et hotel ( og jeg har oppholdt meg i mange hoteller over hele verden) og det er jeg lei meg for.

Great receptionist

Nice and cheap. Close to everything in Taksim area. The receptionist was superb. He called me by my name during my whole stay. Nice that he remembers names of guests at least during their stay.

It is very very bad hotel, the smell, it is not clean, the room window opens on a small whole, no clear air and no sun rays to inter the room. The pictures on the Expedia was not real. During the night also you can hair notices which led to a very bad sleep. The breakfast was really really bad. So to sum up; the hotel do not go to it even you had to swell on the street.
