Room was awful and was not even close as to what was shown in the booking. No wash cloths, stains on the lamp shades, hand/finger prints on the head board, bathroom door wouldn’t close, hair and stuff in sink, used Q tips on floor and tub was so dirty you couldn’t take a bath

Stayed for the first time at this hotel during a recent trip to NYC. It was a 5-night stay, and it was fine. It was a great location and the room was clean but there were a few odd things about the stay. First the front door was always locked and your room key didn't provide access, so every time you wanted to enter the hotel you had to "ring the doorbell" (the doorbell didn't work) or knock on the door so someone could let you in, but if the staff was not at the front desk, you sometimes had to wait. My room also didn't have a shower curtain, which I thought was strange. Granted, I didn't say anything and it was fine. But they also didn't clean my room once over the course of my five day stay. Again, I didn't say anything so partly my fault, but it was just odd. If it had been a shorter stay, I might not have minded, but in 5 days, the room should have been cleaned at least once or twice. All that being said, it wasn't unclean and the staff was friendly. There was nothing bad about my stay, but the locked front door and lack of shower curtain were definitely different.

Chambre pas nettoyée, cheveux dans la douche, oreillers tachés. Pas de prises dans salle de bain, pas de sèche cheveux. Chambre à côté de l’accueil, qui ne filtre aucun bruits, impossible de dormir de la nuit avec une personne à l’accueil qui regarde des vidéos et téléphone + passage client.

Un des hôtels les moins chers sur Manhattan Hell's Kitchen mais la propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer, le lit est très inconfortable (mou et ultra bruyant), prises électriques à nu, volets cassés, substances marrons au plafond indéterminées, climatisation extrêmement bruyante, baignoire sale. Par contre la localisation est très bien, à quelques minutes à pied de Broadway et des théâtres.

The place was 100% disgusting and hairs were everywhere. Gross! I had to stay because I had already reserved. The advertising is a total scam and the place smells like dried piss and a rats nest. The middle patio was always dirty with trash bags and a literal broken bed spring just leaning up against the wall. This place needs to get sued.
