6/10 Buono

Cosas basicas

The apartment was clean, the process was seamless. Location was okay and the parking was great. However, the apartment needs some upgrades and the area is an active construction zone.

4/10 Discreto

Upon arrival we could not get into the room. The elevators were not working. It was over an hour before we got into the room. There was gum on the main bedroom floor. Shower curtain in main bath was dirty. The outside of the refrigerator was dirty. We never got Wi-Fi hooked up until after midnight. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

Home owner was so nice and I reached her easily. She called me twice first and last day and she explained me everything about home. Home was clean and everything was working. Home has free parking area and I think it is so important in here. Balcony was so good. You can’t see the ocean but it was big and comfortable. Home has 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Also AC was working. Close the city center. Also close the wynwood area also restaurants area. Thank you

2/10 Scarso

This property was a complete disappointment and should not be marketed the way it currently is. The photos and description are highly misleading. What is presented online is not what you find when you arrive. The surrounding environment is dominated by construction activity, noise, and an overall atmosphere that is completely different from the attractive images used to promote the property. I genuinely felt deceived upon arrival. The biggest issue, however, was safety. Within less than 20 minutes of entering the unit, I discovered that the balcony door would not lock properly. This is not a minor maintenance issue; it is a serious security concern. As a result, I did not feel safe staying in the property and had no choice but to leave immediately and book another hotel at my own expense. I paid more than $1,100 for a stay that I could not use. I provided evidence of the problem, including video footage, and repeatedly contacted both the property and Hotels.com. Despite multiple promises that management would contact me, nobody ever called back. Days later, I was still chasing updates and receiving the same generic responses without any meaningful action. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. Between the misleading marketing, the unsafe condition of the unit, and the absence of customer service, this experience fell far below any reasonable standard. I strongly recommend that travelers look elsewhere. If safety, transparency, and professional mana
