Didn’t get room with 2 queen beds as requested gave me king bed instead-room was not ready when I arrived at 5pm was told the room required didn’t have working heat Asked for a discount wouldn’t give one After returning to room heat did not work went back to office to complain- they brought in a small space heater to heat the room- went back to office for refund wouldn’t give one Stayed due to getting up at 3am to be by daughter to catch a flight out of Chicago Will no recommend this place to anyone

I rented a room for 7 days for a woman and her two children running from an horrific situation. The first night there she found it infested with bed bugs and bites all over her children. She went to the counter and asked to move to another room. They said they had none but would be replacing the mattresses in a few days. I told her she could absolutely not stay there and rented her another room in another town that morning. Management was terrible to work with. Would not refund my credit card. That motel used to always be so well kept by the previous owners but it is beyond horrible now. In all the years I have rented hotels for clients i have never encountered such terrible service.

At around 1pm there was lots of loud banging and noises outside it went on for an hour or so. I was irritated with getting woken up with loud banging outside our door.

It is clean, convenient to Kewaskum and West Bend. Very easy to get to. No problems, bed was comfortable. Had an old style room key - reminded me of the motels we used to stay in when I was a kid. The person staffing the desk was efficient and nice as nice. It was just fine.

The room was clean, the property is an older hotel but generally in good condition. We had room 2, clean, beds comfortable but the baseboard heat would not shut off- had to run the old air conditioner on high to keep room at 70 degrees (room temp was 79 degrees without air cond.) water to shower would not shut off completely, but plenty of hot water. few ammenities but we knew that ahead of time.

Originally checked in and it said pets were allowed and also checkout was 11 am. Finally got there; both my husband and I were exhausted from moving across state and just needed a place to rest, shower, and refresh. Young lady at check in rudely tells me knowing and expecting us as per booking tells me the opposite of what I expected; First no pets, and second, checkout is at 10 am. Husband argued pet issue but we did not receive the same courtesy as per our booking agreement saying 11 am checkout; they wouldn’t budge on the 10 am. My advice, keep driving until you find something better, I know we will on our next trip.
