The front desk staff are very friendly & helpful. The rooms are miniscule, the size of a walk-in closet. The shower enclosure allows water to spray all over the floor. The bathroom exhaust fan is completly underpowered for the teeny, tiny batroom so you get out of the shower wet & humid due to the extreme moisture & humidity build-up. Its so small that the floors get dirty & sandy so when you go to bed, if not carefull to wipe your feet the sand & filth will get in tje bed.
This is by NO MEANS a resort & they charge a resort fee! Ridiculous!!! There are no resort ammenities or resort staff! The have a tiny jacuzzi they call a pool which looks like it has fungus growing in it. It needs to be re-plastered. I did not see one person in the jacuzzi!
The breafast is poor, cereal, cold hard boiled eggs, cheesesticks, yogurt, instant oatmeal, tiny apples, oranges, green bananas. Looks like they buy the value packs at the cheapest market. Crappy tiny pastries, like Hostess…. No effort at all to make it quality & tasty. All for over $300 per night with all fees! All places in Key West are expensive. This is worth $100/night. It’s clean enough & as mentioned front staff are friendly & helpfull.
