We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel! The location was wonderful, right in the heart of an area with so many options for shopping and eating! Took us 5 minutes to walk to Piazza Espana and the metro there! The staff was so wonderful and warm. Each morning we we’re welcome to breakfast with an amazing spread, cheerful, and attentive servers who were happy to make your favorite coffee drink! And in the evenings, Marco went out of his way to give us recommendations for restaurants and call to make reservations for us…give us help for traveling routes, and when my husband came back after twisting his ankle – right away, he insisted on getting ice for us. You could not find a sweeter guy. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a lovely room amongst the kindest people!

Staff were nice. Hotel is old and you have to take a very old elevator to the third floor for the hotel or take the stairs. Room had a weird smell and we had to buy a candle to make the room smell better. Rooms are not what I would call suites, even by Italy standards. We stayed several other places in several other cities, including in Rome and all were nicer than this hotel. It was made worth while by the friendliness of staff
