I would rate it more a 4 than a 5-star hotel, however a good place to be. Nice restaurant, clean facilities, friendly staff, central location, small lobby, good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Quite small and clean room with a large window overlooking an inner yard (#630). It was mostly quiet and I slept well, although the soundproofing of the door was not so good and let through the noise of people talking in the corridor.
I have seen reviews of people complaining that the breakfast room was full but this is not my experience: I have stayed here for several nights and went for breakfast at different times, from 7am to 9am, without any problem finding a table, with other free tables still around me all the time.
On the other hand, I was surprised by the single guy left alone to take care of the reception when I arrived in the evening, overwhelmed by a constantly ringing phone and several customers waiting to check in at the same time. I felt so sorry for him. He was efficient though, so eventually he got it all done and with some patience we moved on, but gosh, what a pain.... There was another kind guy, however he acted more as a concierge, collecting luggage and smiling at customers, not as a receptionist. I hope it was just an unlucky exception. If not, the manager of this hotel should seriously consider that leaving only one person in charge of reception at 8pm is definitely not ok for a hotel with a 5-star rating.
I would go back anyway because this hotel is a good one.
