The room was great, spacious and very clean. We were impressed with the size of the room overlooking SeaWorld.
The staff were very impressive. Tito was very accommodating when we checked in. The security team on that night of Dec 24, were equally impressive too. When me and my daughter hanged out at the pool until 11pm, the security told us it is time for them to close the pool which we understand. They were very respectful but firm. When we went back inside the lobby, I realized I misplaced my room key so I went to the front desk to ask for another room key. It was a busy night at that time, I was in line and behind me there were 3 others who needs to check in. The night shift front desk person though looked stress of trying to accommodate everyone was very calm. He did not gave me the key right away. Instead, he asked me questions to verify my identity in a firm and respectful way. I was impressed. This made me feel safe in this hotel. They do not just give the keys just because one person say they misplaced it. I was glad he did that. I also observed that during this time, when there were more people checking in, there were two security persons in the lobby during this time. Their presence indicates how this hotel value customer safety. I can tell they were there as a support to the front desk person should he need them
The staff who served during breakfast were helpful and smiling too. I highly recommend this hotel.
