Numerous issues... We stayed 5 nights and we told the room would be made up every other day - it was not. We ran out of towels & TP and had to chase the front desk to get them. The furniture in the suite area was tired & worn. The breakfast was weak - in the hot area bins of (a) cooked mushrooms and (b) sliced up red peppers and eggs. Waffle machines not well maintained and cleaned. The coffee no where near the breakfast area. Worst of all, surprise, surprise, they charged over $20 a day to park on top of the room rate (listing stated parking was available....). Reason given was they were next to Seaworld and if they didn't charge Seaworld guests would take all the parking. Seaworld was about 3/4 of a mile walk. They need to be clear at time of booking they charged EXTRA for parklng. Stayed at many Springhill Suites locations, never at this one again.
