I chose this hotel because rooms in the pictures looked quite spacious and without too many textile decorations, which I hate. The room instead was at least half as small as the photos and had a fabric bed header, contrary to the very stark decor I had chosen it for. Apart from its size being disappointing I wonder how can anyone, booking online, avoid these kind of disappointments. They just SHOULD NEVER give you the smallest and most different room from their advertising for the same price as what you see in photos, without a warning and/or a discount. It seems there is no way to be protected from them just giving you the worst room they have and if you ask to change they say they are overbooked. Unfortunately this seems quite a common thing in many hotels. Also I had asked for a twin room and found one double bed instead. To their credits I must say that after I told them they managed to replace the beds that so I found the twin beds when I came back. I can not properly say what this hotel is like. It looks clean and modern but not sufficiently organised, the staff looked "distracted" and the breakfast room by 9.30 was already completely unattended with cold coffee, no milk etc. I would probably have liked it much better if I was given the room I had asked and paid for.
