Amazing location close to Broadway, Times Square, Subway. I reserved and paid for two Queen delux rooms and was given only 1 Queen delux and the just a regular Queen room. Was told when I called front desk that they were both Queen deluxes. So that explains the disparity in the reviews where some people complained about the size of the room and others said the space was good. The one Queen room was ridiculously small, with two Queen beds with about 6 inches of space between them and a small amount of floor space. Bathrooms are in need of some TLC. Pedestal sinks with no counter space and no shelf in shower for toiletries. They do provide shampoo, conditioner , and body soap and hair dryer. Tiles in showers are coming off of walls and water pressure was non existent. Girl was across street from the Palace Theatre and after the show (currently Glengarry Glen Ross) and we were able to see Kieran Cullin and Bill Burr signing autographs after show. Subway was less than one block away on corner and Maria gave us perfect instructions on how to ride subway to 911 memorial. We were in town to see Wicked and it was a short walk (even for this 55 year old non active woman). Elevators small as reported in other reviews and there is no ice maker in hotel at all. No refrigerators and microwaves in room or coffee makers or coffee in lobby. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts across the street from the hotel though. Serendipity attached to hotel, great little place but pricey. $19.50 for a BLT.
