I was greeted by a really lovely worker, he was friendly and professional, and offered a free upgrade which was very kind and made my stay feel more special. Easy to travel to and from, a few mins from Paddington station. Plenty of food and shop options, great area. Lovely staff, easy check in experience. Tidy and clean room. I was in the ground floor front room and was loud every time someone came into the door, it buzzes for about 5 seconds. I wore earplugs to combat this. Also the shower door wouldn’t shut properly. Apart from this the bed was spacious and comfy, plenty of tea and coffee amenities. Lovely stay and I would stay again
