I got there and room was not what it said it was online, had no pull out couch or nothing to sit on besides the bed. The tv didn’t work at all. I asked for a remote and pretty much was just thrown a remote with batteries and the worker said don’t even know if it’s going to work, which it didn’t. So, then I asked to be switched to a different room, which they did but still had no pull out couch or any other furniture to sit on besides the bed. And the window wouldn’t even shut! So my daughter ended up sleeping with me and we had to eat on the bed. So disappointed especially staying there because my daughter was graduating from college. I asked to be reimbursed for at the first night and all the hassles I went through but they said they wouldn’t do that. And I still think I should be reimbursed for at least one night. Would not recommend this hotel!!

the bathroom floor was wet all night because the walk-in shower dripped kept us awake all night. The bathroom was not stocked with supplies so no TP. The bed sheets had little black dots on them had to shake them off before going to sleep? Not sure what that was.

Absolutely filthy. Elevator broken, rooms and common areas dirty, pool had clumps, yes.. clumps, of hair on the bottom and visual dirt. Bathroom itself and the towels were SATURATED in stale cigarette smoke. "Free water" dispenser in lobby looked like a petri dish. There's an equally nasty Baymont Inn, that I've stayed at, that shares the lot.This place was exactly the same, just cost more. Have lots of pics of the grossness but what a shocker,it won't let me actually upload them here. I will never stay here again and have shown friends the pics as they're making sure to pass the word along as well. I have not 1 good thing to say about this dirt hole.

Zero Stars! Would not recommend. No one tends the front desk, had to call to get someone to come from the back office. The elevator was broken, had to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Entire property smelled of cigarettes and marijuana although there are no smoking signs hanging everywhere. The hotel seems as if it is being used as an apartment building. It is apparent that the guests are actually tenants. No Wifi! Pool area is run down with a door that barely closes, not safe when so many kids are on the property. Free breakfast is more like getting in the lunch line at school because of all of the people that clearly live at the hotel. Hotel is run down and in poor shape. Not clean. Broken tiles, dirty toilets, stained linens. Loud guests that the front desk attendant does nothing about. They literally jumped and made noise until midnight. The light fixtures in the ceiling were rattling. Worst stay ever. Do not choose this hotel!

Quite frankly, I figured being in Canton, Michigan that this would be an adequate accommodations. However, after traveling 12 hours, it was impressive that when I walked in, they already had my keys ready which allowed my check in to be very smooth. The next three days we had problems like no remote for TV in the room, dirty towels, nasty stained carpet, heat would not work properly and last, but not least I had to get my card re-keyed about eight times during our stay. Continental breakfast was cold and barely anything offered overall I will never come back.

The main doors were broken so you had to force yourself in or out. Room still had used trash on the floor and the closet smelled like spoiled milk. One night we were evacuated with fire alarms going off without any communication what was happening. Had to have the keys reset multiple times for a 4 night stay.

The place was really quiet, clean, and staff was very helpful and professional. It has a homey feeling to it. Pool was great - water was just the right temperature and is always kept clean. Laundry facilities are adequate for my needs. They are in the middle of a management change and some things needed repair or a change (one window needed to be replaced from my room). The kitchenette was alright, but they don't have some of the things I asked for, like a pot and such. And at one point they can't change cash to quarters for laundry. The ATM machine by the elevator doesn't seem to work (I tried a few times). But these are minor inconveniences and I didn't mind them because I was able to find workarounds. Overall, my stay was pleasant and I will definitely go back and stay there again someday.

The rooms had stains (like a cream) in the carpet, the couch was nasty, covered in stains, the pullout bed had blood on it and was also stained. The hotel needs to update more of its furniture, replace the carpet, otherwise the hotel staff was helpful.

For the price and with the customer service, I would certainly stay here again. The rooms were super spacious and the beds were fine. The hotel is obviously old but its clear an effort is made. Customer service was great, staff made an effort to resolve any issues to the best of their ability. The pool is small but the kids still loved it. I will say breakfast was lacking - which I think was most likely due to not being prepaired for the crowds. When we got to breakfast at 8:10am, pretty much everything was empty and no coffee in sight. Staff did try to summon up what they could for the new group coming in.

Upon check in the room i booked was to sleep 6, two queen beds and a couch bed. Upon entering the room there was no couch, it was a sittinh chair with a foot stool. My daughter's used the bathroom in our room & the toilet flooded. I called the front desk for help she came and fixed it using a plunger & towels for the floor. The ice machines didnt work on the 1st floor or 3rd floor which is where my room was #320. The only ice machine that worked was on the 2nd floor and it had black specs frozen inside the ice & brown frozen specs in the ice. The appearance of the room just gave me and my family nasty & creepy vibes. I allowed my children to swim which is why i booked & left soon after they were done swimming. 2/10 stars do not recommend!

My hotel room was absolutely disgusting. The restroom was dirty and so were the beds it looked like there was either blood or bed bugs on the mattress I have photos to prove it. I was told I could be reimbursed for my room if I cancelled my stay what a huge waste of time and money

It was horrible experience the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months . The room dusty looked old sheets stained . Checked in at 3 checked out at 7pm would not recommend!
