The overrall stay was pleasant and the hotel facilities (4* hotel) were regularly available as expected. However, at check out the hotel staff did not provide a regular invoice, which shuld have certified my stay in the hotel for 4 nights. When I told the receptionist that I needed the invoice (possibly also a pro-forma invoice), the staff told me I should have asked Expedia (the portal I used for reservation), since the hotel was not authorized to release any receipt. I claimed that I did not want a complete invoice, but just a pro-forma invoice was 'necessary', in order to ensure my company I had been there (so that a I could be refunded). The hotel staff answer was amazing...since they claimed it was the first time they heard such a request in 12 years !!!
Such a behaviour is not recommendable, in particular because I had to guarantee in advance, with my credit card, about possible further epenses (with no control on them). I warn other possible customers about this unfair behaviour.
