Poteva andare peggio ma comunque deludente

Non do il minimo punteggio perché almeno ho trovato la stanza pulita quando sono arrivata e perché il personale da remoto e gentile ,ma non si può non fare un cambio asciugamani né un refil di carta igienica per un soggiorno di 3 notti .. Quando l’ho chiesto là giustificazione è stata che l’albergo è gestito da remoto e ci hanno portato la carta igienica per caso proprio 10 minuti prima di lasciare la stanza quando avevo chiesto entrambe le cose la sera prima nessun host era disponibile ..poi la stanza minuscola ma si sa che a Londra è così …già è stato tanto trovare una piccola “finestra” La zona in compenso era perfetta bella e comoda

Det var nemt og lige til men hold nu op sengene var dårlige og vildt lydt og masser af larm. Desuden faldt bruse hovedet af. El kedlen brusede over som et vulkanudbrud.

They sent me a wrong code for getting into our room; they helped over the phone it took just over 15 minutes for them to figure it out and get us room access. Then in the morning during my shower, the entire shower head and fixture fell off the wall and pelted my head leaving me with a huge welt on my forehead and scalp. The smoke detector/carbon-monoxide detector was also hanging by wires from the ceiling. The staff come off very friendly but I don’t need to be wailed in the head again to know I’m not coming back.

Stayed there a few times and like check in process, good if you arrive late. Great location close to the tube. Only downside was adjusting shower to less hot and I’ve never managed to get normal tv stations there

Not what we paid for. Poor communication

I am extremely disappointed. Not only did we arrive to find the shower dirty, marks on the walls and the tv not working, we also had no hair dryer and windows would not stay open unless we stood there to hold it up. We called the number provided and for an hour they strung us along leading us to believe that someone was coming to look at the tv and to bring a hairdryer. They told us the person was literally on their way only for me to keep calling every half hour to find a different excuse and in the end them say they didn’t have any hairdryers spare. If there was none why tell me someone was on the way with it and why were they still not attending to fix the tv. They lied and made me wait wasting my evening. I had to ask a neighbour to borrow theirs. There were also several people outside waiting for room numbers and looks so lost. It was a complete shambles. I will be making a complaint. Definitely not what I paid for.

Ótima localização e recomendamos o hotel!

O hotel é super bem localizado. O bairro é muito bom, tem mercados perto e o metrô fica 2 quadras somente do hotel. Adorei o bairro, me mostrou segurança. Também tem restaurantes e pubs bem próximo. Localização super agradável. O quarto é um pouco pequeno comparado a foto, porém, nada que nos fizesse ter problema. Ficamos muito felizes com a nossa estadia. Tivemos todo suporte também via whatsapp. Não tínhamos recebido a senha da porta e nem do quarto, mas isso foi resolvido rapidamente via whatsapp. Recomendamos tranquilamente o hotel e com certeza uma próxima viagem para Londres ficaremos nele novamente.

Great location, basic room

Easy check in process and staff contacted to ensure we’d checked in okay on arrival. Small basic room, double bed and small bathroom. Headboard of the bed was broken and weak. Shower door was a little stiff and difficult to get in and out. Window seemed to be a little open the whole stay. Room was a bit too cold and pillows were uncomfortable. But it’s in a great location which was the main thing for the stay here, significantly cheaper than anywhere else. Wouldn’t stay for longer than two nights, would probably stay again short term.

Værelset var ikke rengjort da vi kom, derfor ventede vi til ca. 15.45 inden vi kunne komme ind. Der er ingen elevator, så man skal være indstillet på at gå på mange trapper. Personalet er super venlige og det fungerer rigtig godt med kode låsen på hoveddøren, som giver mulighed for at man kan komme og gå som man vil, uanset tidspunkt på døgnet. Vi har primært brugt værelset som et sted at sove, og kun opholdt os der i aften og nattetimerne, det var det perfekt til. Der er indkøb og transport muligheden meget tæt på, og forholdsvis roligt i området. Vil klart anbefale det, hvis man rejser uden børn.

Wouldn’t stay again

Our bed head was broken, not attached to the bed and banged against the wall when getting on the bed. The bathroom stunk of urine when the shower was used. The room while had a general clean needs some maintenance, just felt gross. The spoon was dirty, like someone had stirred a coffee and put it back and they didn’t check it. I asked for more toilet paper and it wasn’t put in the room so we had no toilet paper on our last night. You can hear everything, from the people who fought in the hotel in the middle of the night, to the person singing in their room at 7am to every vehicle that past. The cleaner who was there as we arrived and left were lovely at offering to help carry our luggage up and down. We really appreciated that.

Room was clean and adequate. Needed more hooks for hanging clothes both in the room and in the bathroom. Also needed more electrical outlets in convenient place for kettle. Noise on Saturday night was awful - first from traffic - so sound proofing is inadequate and then from the hall above between 4am and 5am when someone was moving bags loudly for an hour and ruined my sleep.

Dårligere standard en forventet til prisen

Da jeg bookede værelset, var jeg klar over at vi nok ikke kunne forvente en masse luksus til de penge, men jeg synes alligevel komforten var under standard. Sengen havde nogle underlige syninger med en slags knap-blomst, der var ubehagelig at sove på. Det værelse vi fik lå lige indenfor hoveddøren, og generelt var der helt enormt lydt, både fra den meget trafikerede vej og folk der smækkede med hoveddøren på alle mulige tidspunkter. To nætter blev vi vækket af alarmer, en gang var det brandalarmen (falsk alarm, eller muligvis en der røg på værelset), og den anden gang var det en alarm fra “receptionen”, der holdt os vågen det meste af natten.

I dont know that I would call this a hotel more of an air B&B. There was no staff in the building that I saw in 3 days so have to enter and obtain your own keys. I will say the process was easy enough. The room was very small but clean. The TV did not work. The best part was the location very close to the underground. Overall fine for the price, but I would not stay again.

Personnel très gentil, hôtel parfait niveau transport car le métro est à 2 minutes à pied et il est reliée au centres dont c’est parfait. Cependant les murs sont fins et donc on entend tout des voisins de chambre ce qui est assez agaçant. Cependant je reviendrais quand même car c’est vraiment bien situé et les chambres ne sont pas catastrophiques. Nous étions 3 amies la chambre nous suffisait.

Si pueden eviten hospedarse

Una experiencia mala porque no había recepcionista, a la entrada al hotel había una hoja a dónde se tenía que marcar para poder hacer el cheko in. La habitación muy reducida para 3 personas. No recomiendo el hotel para una estancia de varios días.

lit pas du tout confortable, trop de porte qui claque donc réveillé toute la nuit, pas d'isolation donc réveil à chaque camion d'ambulance ou de police, entendez les gens de la chambre d'à côté, toilette pas propre, pas de chauffage pas de télé
