Mandatory fees
You'll be asked to pay the following charges by the property at check-in or check-out. Fees may include applicable taxes:
- A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
- A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 31 January, EUR 1.00 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.50 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
- A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 February - 31 December, EUR 1.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.70 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.

- Buffet breakfast is offered for an extra charge of approximately EUR 30 per person

Renovations and closures
The following facilities are closed seasonally each year. They will be closed from September 23 to June 1:
Children & extra beds
- Rollaway beds are available for EUR 180.0 per night
- All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport
Pets
- Service animals exempt from fees
- Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 45 per accommodation, per day
Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)
- Facility access costs EUR 15 per person, per stay
- The seasonal pool is open from May to September
- Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa, and guests under 18 years old are only allowed with adult supervision
- Reservations are required for spa treatments and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
