Overall, the stay was decent. The bed had minimal blankets, and the gym felt more like a sauna than a workout space. However, the check-in experience really stood out—in a negative way. I waited 35 minutes at the front desk, with only a sign stating someone would be back shortly. When the staff member finally arrived, there was no acknowledgment of my presence, and her demeanor was cold, as if my check-in was an inconvenience to her. On the other hand, the check-out experience was fantastic—the front desk attendant at 6 a.m. was cheerful and very friendly. Overall, the hotel is good, and I won’t judge it too harshly based on one staff member's behavior.
