Noisy
Noisy next door, party until 3am.
SACO aware of this and police involved but nobody stopped the party or any guest removed. There was smoking drugs and banging doors, loud music. Etc.
No refund or recompense from SACO.
Hotels.com dealt with it very well and impressed with them

Wonderful location. Everything is in walking distance!!!
Excellent staff who did everything possible to accommodate.They even changed their required fire drill practice time to accommodate my baby’s nap time.
Apartments are very spacious, but are older British build (ie different temperatures in each room). Also, some furniture is run down but overall is very good and the location and the staff make it a 5 star experience. We will stay here again!

A Great stay at SACO
Very warm welcome from Ana at reception, location easy to find with parking 5 minutes away Q park £19 for 24hrs reduced if you pay through Saco. Great location for bars, restaurants and night life. Our room was fantastic, very quiet with great views over the city and Broad st. All facilities in our room was great including all the breakfast items, a great surprise. We stayed in our room longer than the normal due to the comfort and our surroundings. We would stay here again, great value for money, would liked to have stayed longer.

We stayed in a 2 storey apartment which exceeded our expectations, it was a real home from home down to the breakfast supplies left in the fridge,the reception staff were fantastic and it was walking distance to everything

The apartment was great very spacious unfortunately we found a lighter under the sofa an as I had a small child in the room I was not very happy I also found dirty cotton make up pads in bathroom the room comes with breakfast but as I had children with me the muesli that was left wasn't something they ate so I had to call for someone to bring something they would eat but I would stay again.

Fantastic apartment with lovely views and included an outside patio area. Staff really friendly and helpful. Chose location as went to symphony Hall in evening and a few minutes walk through pedestrian area watersedge.

Great alternative to a traditional hotel...!
Have stayed here before, Spent two nights here, had a lovely warm welcome from a lady on reception who recognised me.(sorry forgot her name). Breakfast items in the fridge, bacon, eggs, fresh orange and water which was a nice touch.

I have stayed at the saco a few times and each time has been wonderful, staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely highly recommend to anyone who wants a lot more than a hotel room. Location is perfect.
