Nice quiet rooms added on next to the pub. Not sure why, but they weren’t serving food in the evening: worth checking beforehand if you are planning on eating there. Easy walk to the station for trains to Birmingham or the airport/NEC.

Pour le prix que j'ai payé je n'attendais pas à grand chose mais par contre certaines choses sont à mettre en lumière pour aider les autres voyageurs. 1. Il y a un pub dans l'hôtel et il faut passer par le pub. 2. Le personnel ne m'a été d'aucune utilité, ils ont même vraiment été désagréables. 3. Les couloirs sentent mauvais. 4. Les chambres sont mal isolées, on entend la rue et surtout les voisins ! Le mien jouait de la guitare à 23h00. 5. Pas de WiFi disponible au motif que l'hôtel était complet. On ne me l'avait pas encore faire celle-là. 6. La télévision était censée être une smart TV mais elle ne fonctionnait pas... 7. Le quartier autour de l'hôtel est très mal fréquenté. Seul point positif la proximité de la gare. Mis à part ça le séjour s'est bien passé !

Staff were very friendly and helpful, pet friendly, room was clean and basic could of done with new mattresses as could feel springs, bathroom could do with bit revamping as black mould on grouting in shower looked very tired, but I would stay here again no problem great little place

You get what you pay for. Wi-Fi connection was out of order during my whole stay. TV not working due to Internet issues. Breakfast started serving at 8am which had to be pre-booked. Small and compact room. Nice staff and nice to have the bar and broadcasting of football games

We stayed there on Saturday night had a great time in the pub our beds where nice and clean the staff were fabulous however the room itself need updating for the price we paid as it is spoiling the rest of the experience it’s fine just to get ur head down and aren’t in a couple

The rooms were not clean and there was very loud music and shouting from the pub. When the room next door flushed the toilet there was a loud sound of water from the pipes. Despite putting my registration into their parking app I have been sent a fixed penalty notice which I now have to spend time appealing. Also, there was no parking spaces available on the second night so I had to park on the street.

We were late to our check in due to a delayed flight, and was after the 10pm cut off, but staff was more than accomodating to allow to to check in later than stated. Our stay was very good, the ability to shower if needed was welcome, and able to make our own cup of tea was very much welcomed too, as we only need a room to stay overnight, it was more than fit for purpose, thank you.
