Great location for train station and Metro and a couple of minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus stops at the side of the railway station. The staff were friendly, especially the young lady on the front desk who was extremely helpful. Also looked after my case on the final day until I had to leave Milan. It is slightly noisy at night, but that should be expected from a central city hotel.

My room very clean and comfortable, staff very polite and accommodating. Location is fantastic and good value for money. Unfortunately my room was so warm , I mean really warm.. I would say around 28 degrees or more, I think . I understand that’s something that is not under management control but it’s really uncomfortable. I would have given 5 stars but I only stayed for the day time . Staff is great though.
