This was my second visit to this hotel. I chose to return because of the location and overall pleasantness of the hotel. Staff is accommodating, rooms are clean (definitely on the small side, but what youd expect for central london), and the price is fair. This visit we had a room with a small balcony which was very nice! Breakfast was nothing special, bet adequate and plentiful. They will make espresso or cappuccino if you want t.

Vi ankom kl. 14.50, selvom indtjekning først var fra kl. 15.00. Receptionisten måtte dog vente på, at vores værelse blev klar, og vi endte derfor med først at få vores nøgle omkring kl. 15.30. Imens bemærkede vi, at receptionisten håndterede flere henvendelser fra gæster, som oplevede problemer med deres værelser – blandt andet manglede der strøm. Da vi endelig fik værelset, fremstod det overordnet pænt, rengjort og indbydende. Desværre fandt vi papir/skrald i en skuffe i kommoden, og pengeskabet på værelset blinkede med “low battery”, hvilket gav et lidt mangelfuldt indtryk af klargøringen. Ved udtjekning et par dage senere omkring kl. 10.00 opdagede vi, at der lå en større mængde opkast ved trappen på 1. sal. Vi gjorde receptionen opmærksom på det, men fik at vide, at rengøringspersonalet først møder ind kl. 11.00. Det undrede os, da vi mener, at sådan noget bør håndteres hurtigere af hensyn til både hygiejne og gæsternes oplevelse. Samlet set var opholdet okay, men flere småting trak desværre helhedsindtrykket ned.
