This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in—if not the worst.
First, the location is not ideal. The hotel is isolated and far from most attractions and services. The check-in process was extremely slow; it took almost 45 minutes just to receive my room.
As soon as you enter the hotel, there is a strong smell of humidity and dogs, and the hallway carpets were dirty and heavily stained.
The first room I was assigned was not the one I had reserved. I had booked a room with two beds and a sofa bed, but instead I was given a room with only one bed and no sofa bed. After reporting the issue, they assigned me another room.
Unfortunately, the second room was also in very poor condition. It was dirty and clearly very worn out. The door was missing the security latch, the bed cover had visible stains, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. Several tiles were falling off, there was rust on most of the metal surfaces, and the bathroom was dirty, with hair in the shower and what appeared to be blood stains on the sink.
I requested another room change, but they told me they did not have any clean rooms available. At that point, I asked for a refund, as I was not willing to stay in a room in those conditions.
The front desk agent told me she could not process the refund and that I would need to speak with the manager the following day to request it.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend staying here
