Super nice service staff as well.

As a female solo traveler coming from Australia l felt extremely safe and comfortable in this place,wonderful comfortable bed and great room ,the complimentary coffee machine was a godsend and the breakfast was fantastic- highly recommend will stay there again

Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was excellent and offered a good start to the day. The room was comfortable, though there were a few downsides: only one chair in a double room, very limited storage, and a tiny clothes rack tucked into a narrow space that barely fits a jacket. A couple of improvements would make the stay more pleasant.

Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back when we visit London next time.

The staff is very nice. The room I got was small, but really convenient, so it was not an issue. The location is really great, not far from a subway station.
The only drawback is, I find it a little pricey. A little bit cheaper, and it would be perfect.

The only amazing thing about the hotel is the location and access to the tube. Otherwise the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on in my life. Cleaning was bad. For two people, they only left one set of towels. Bathroom door was broken and we couldn’t close it. Shower curtain was broken. It wasn’t possible to open the window to get a good ventilation in the room. We asked for the room to be cleaned and they didn’t even take the garbage out. Also to be fair, the staff had good attitude, but it doesn’t really matter when every thing else is horrible.

O quarto é pequeno, mas.aconchegante, todo automatizado para luzes e ar condicionado, limpo, boa cama, silencioso, não tem frigobar, TV LCD, WI-FI e boa ducha.
Estivemos no quarto acessivel, bem completo o banheiro.
O staff bem atencioso.
Tem um bar na recepção, onde.pela manhã é servido o café da manhã.
Hotel econômico, porém de qualidade.
