You get what you pay for. The locations is amazing, super close to Universal and Islands of Adventure. The rooms were a little run down and super humid. Other than that, the free breakfast was beneficial. I would stay here again.

Una estadía excelente de principio a fin! Desde nuestra llegada, recibimos una atención amable y profesional por parte del personal. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien organizada, lo que nos permitió descansar y disfrutar de nuestra visita. Las instalaciones se encontraban en buenas condiciones y el ambiente fue agradable y tranquilo. Quiero destacar especialmente la hospitalidad del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer que los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy positiva que superó nuestras expectativas. ¡Recomiendo este hotel y definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí en una próxima visita!

room was very clean, staff was helpful. The elevator often didn’t work or took really long to come down. Our hotel room door handle was very loose and it would take us at least 5min to try open the door because the key card would work but the door just wouldn’t open and you’d have to redo apply and try open it a lot before it would actually work. Other than that ,it wasn’t a bad experience at all

The MAIN problem I had was that there was no ventilation in the room AT ALL. Whenever we showered water covered the whole ceiling & drenched the floor causing the entire room to be wet and humid, our bed sheets & towels stayed moist from it. Black mold accumulated on the wall behind the toilet. I brought it to the maintenance attention about the vent not working & they acted like they either didn't understand me or couldn't do anything about it, one of them suggested that I blast the AC. My 2 kids got sick from the mold with upper respiratory colds. The tub is slippery without a slip resistant mat built in, my son fell & hit the top of his back the first night. The WIFI wasn't good, it constantly lost a signal. The TV screen was low quality like they haven't replaced it since the early 2000s. It was a big dark brown stain by my bed on the carpet & our mattress cover had black spots and stains. The breakfast was okay, the pancakes were prepared a bit weird with hard edges. The sausage and eggs were ok enough to eat. The orange & apple juice was really concentrated almost strong enough to be fermented into wine, the bags needed to be changed out every few days. The cereal says Froot Loops but tasted like an off brand name like Fruit Rings you would buy from Dollar Tree. It was food, I was grateful to eat at least. Only one lobby PC worked and the system was outdated so forget about playing any flash games. The laundry is COINS ONLY. Have at least $10 worth of quarters.

The lobby is very clean, rest of the hotel needs some work. The room looked nice but had a very bad smell of mold. The free breakfast well thank god it was free and we didn’t spend our money on it. Coffee tasted like they made it from toilet water. One towel and one wash cloth for two guess. No shampoo or conditioner. The bar of soap was about 1 inch by 1 inch bar. So bring all your own stuff. The shuttle to universal studios only runs at 6am and 8am and that’s it for the day. Over all I give it a 1 star only because of the price was good for a one night stay.
