We had a pleasant stay at Toledo One in Napoli; it was clean and an easy walk to the subway stop. There were some communication difficulties regarding check-in, but the host made arrangements for a doorman to assist us, as our phone service wasn't working, so that was appreciated.
We were able to navigate to the Complesso Mon. di Santa Chiara - highly recommend! Walked through the Old Town shops area, and if you are a fan of overcrowded, packed areas you will enjoy - otherwise skip it! We were there on a holiday weekend and no trash collection (we assume, as there were mounds everywhere.) Also went up the funicular to see the top of the hill view of Napoli and walked the steep steps down the hill - makes the effort worthwhile if you can! If you are in Naples, Toledo One is a clean, quiet, dark pleasant place to stay.
