The woman who checked me in was so friendly and welcoming. I am so sorry I did not catch her name. She asked if we had any preferences on room. Ive never been offered that before. She was so nice to my son as well. Hotel was extremely clean and very convenient. This will now be our go to place to stay when we are in the area.

Hotel is good for the price, staff was friendly, only thing is the establishment is just old and outdated so don’t expect a newer style hotel. Think old carpets and orlando from 2005 , this is doable for a short trip but if you’re planning a week or more long stay then invest in a little nicer hotel.

The staff I encountered was great, check in was easy and the front desk staff was super nice and professional. However, the room (and the property in general) was way too dirty! There was dust everywhere, bugs as soon as we got to the room, garbage on the floor of the corridors… I could go on and on.
