I enjoyed my two nights stay at this hotel with my parents very much. The reception team was very professional and friendly, accommodating my requests as much as possible. Large room, which was quiet at night. Fridge in room was useful. Great location - easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Bonus that there were on street parking that was free of charge (this does depend if there is space when you arrive, we were lucky). Only negative is the blummin hairdryer in the room, so old, would be great if they were updated.

Tobacco smell in bathroom

Otherwise hotel was OK, but the bathroom had horrible smell. It smelled like someone had smoked there. Clearly the cleaners noticed the issue as they had left the bathroom door open every morning to clear out the smell. This made the situation even worse as the smell then spread to other room. Location is very convenient for Messe visitors. Breakfast was good.
