From the moment I walked in, I noticed the pleasant smell of their signature scent in the lobby, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The check-in process was quick and seamless. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who checked me in, but he was incredibly kind and professional. He took the time to go over all of the hotel amenities and even made some great recommendations for shops and restaurants within walking distance, which I really appreciated. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind and get a good night sleep. The hotel is also located in a great area that felt safe and convenient. When it was time to check out, Meghan assisted me and she was wonderful. She made the checkout process just as smooth as the check-in. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with our checkin. We reached the hotel at 10AM and was allowed to checkin early. Very nice and accommodating staff. The area has a lot of cafes, retail and restos and room is fantatic! Aesthetic, clean and quiet. Linens and towels are fresh and bathroom amenities are very nice. We also had a welcome drink. Checkout was equally smooth and quick. Location is perfect, a bit off the hustle and bustle which we loved.
