The hotel is located in a really good spot if you plan on going to the parks. It is also surprisingly quiet. We have stayed here twice and both times it was quiet. They are doing some construction but we honestly didn't hear anything. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. We didn't use any of the amenities since we were out and about. Again the room faces the pool but never heard any noice from there either and we were on the second floor. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Our room was clean. Staff was friendly. The pool area is nice as well. They do not have room service as an option which is annoying. The shuttle only has one specific time a day to get to places like parks, Disney Springs, etc.
Was ok. I would stay closer to Disney Springs in the future. I did not realize this one was not near it. Also, there are no park perks to staying at this hotel like there are at others near Disney Springs.

Breakfast was not included in the room so make sure to note that as you are making reservation. I was not expecting the door to each room is on the exterior making it accessible to outsiders. The room is good sized for a family of 6 though. I made sure to book double with bunkbed and sofa bed. For a family room this size, the vanity could use a double sink instead of 1.
