My wife and I had a superb three night stay. Staff are so helpful, friendly and efficient. Just the right balance without being intrusive at all. The hotel itself has a really nice vibe/ambience and the cocktail bar and restaurant have a great selection of drinks and food. We enjoyed both more than once in our stay. Breakfast is super, cooked to order, served and available until 10.30, which is a treat in London. If your looking for somewhere special, without breaking the bank, this is a great hotel and offers excellent value for London. You may even spot a celeb or two in the bar while you're staying, we spotted a few! A very enjoyable stay, close to museums, RAH, Hyde Park etc. We will definitley return.

Very nice hotel. I was unfortunate and got a room on fith floor. The bathroom faucet was in a bad condition. I asked to get another room since I thought I had booked with a bathtub. The staff was very helpful. I got a new room the next day. Unfortunately this faucet was in an even worse condition. Very hard to adjust the correct temperature. I also met another couple that had the same experience and. Had stayed in the sam room as I did. Apart from that a very nice hotel with great breakfast. Needs some major plumping investments.
