The tv was brand new (stickers still on), but maybe they should have spent that money fixing the patchy paint, gaps in the caulk, holes in the drywall, stained furniture and bedspread… the sheets looked clean, and the bed was fine. If that’s all you need, this will work. Definitely could have been cleaner. I would have been happier without the cockroach in the bathroom, or spider by the door, but bugs happen. Customer service was not great—they make you stand outside in the wind where you can’t hear what they’re saying through the glass, and pre-checkin didn’t seem to save much time. I needed a cheap place to sleep for a couple hours, and that’s what I got. So, I’m not unhappy, but if you’re looking for a nice place, look elsewhere.

10/10 Eccezionale

The check-in was quick and easy, I had also pre-checked in on my phone. The manager was courteous, the room was clean, and the motel was extremely peaceful and quiet. I noticed that the fridge had not been defrosted in a long time it seemed, so the freezer part looked like a North Pole landscape. The motel was very affordable and close to shopping areas and restaurants.

Price was great if you're ok with sleeping in a bed with brown sheets and hairy boogers. Towels were brown . Mold in the fridge . Hotels.com customer service has not responded . We ended up leaving because we couldn't sleep in filth with our new born daughter

They apparently had just sprayed because there were dead bugs on the floor. Dead was definitely better than live. I did reply to the text I received asking if there was anything they could do to make my stay better. I replied with a picture and comment but received no response. A response would have probably insured another stay on my way back through.

It was okay for the price as I got about what I was expecting. Overall 2.5. The TV didn't work and the guys at the desk were nice but they didn't know how to get it working and the person that did wasn't there. I did want to settle in and watch for a while and zone out because it takes me a while to get to sleep and yes I use my phone to watch stuff but it's annoying to have to hold it instead of just looking at a larger screen and not having to hold my phone. I think it may get better in the future though as they appeared to have changed from one Motel chain to Super 8 recently and they may soon remodel to configure to the Super 8 room design.

The room smelled like an ashtray. With only three dead crickets in the floor. Staff was pleasant. The property is understandably in a less than upscale area, but the attempt to improve the stairs and exterior may help.

Upon check-in , I notice a immobile RV parked on the property with what is obviously a home for a less than fortunate couple,with crap of there's strewn around that area.This is right across from the Office.btw,.. not off -somewhere hidden from patrons sight. Check-in was ok but theis office has ZERO coffee,water,or even an area of Continental breakfast as indicated... Then, I can see there are weekly renters staying there.. Not a fan of that at all... And homeless people are hovering around the area with their stolen shopping carts full of junk.. At 6am ,I am loading up to leave, and I can hear them in this field area surrounding the property, hollering and yelling at something or each other ,I dont know..Bugs on the floor in the room.. SHower valve is barely operational and zero hot water... Price was elevated from the the 70$ range to 149 plus tax due to the larger event in area..What a RIP OFF !! NEVER AGAIN

I squashed at least 5 roaches during my 1 night there. Sound carries well, heard detailed conversations from the neighbors. Hot water... wasn't. Took about 15 minutes to check in due to computer problems. Would've been a decent value for <$100, but I made my booking in a high demand period.

Asked for room on bottom floor due to wife has mobility issue. Was told non available even though have 30 rooms on bottom floor and literally 13 cars in parking lot. AC hardly worked and there were bugs all over in room and i the bed. I understand the weather has much to do with the bugs but between that and it being so hot because of AC, wifevwentvand dlept in car
