Staff was friendly and tried to help. However, our room was dirty (things left in the garbage can), the thermostat was broken, and the water went from freezing to boiling. (There was no in between). My husband asked for a new room. We were given a new room that had reasonable temps in water and a working thermostat. In my opinion, look for other places to stay.

The 1st room smelled moldy. When I informed front desk and asked for a second room the front desk was more concerned with telling me that if my pet had entered the room I would be responsible for any damages they might have done in the 2 minutes I had been in the room. The 2nd room I was given smelled like complete bleach. To the point that I got a terrible headache from. The shower appeared so bad that I had to forego taking a shower because it was so bad I refused to use it in fear of needing to seek medical attention if I had. This was probably the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor and just skip this experience all together.

Hotel was run down and dirty. First room they put us in smelled so bad of mildew we called and asked for another room. Thats when the front desk argued with us about getting another room. Said we were in it for 30 minutes so we used the room. Finally they movd us. This room didn't smell but black mold on sprinkler system and bathroom fan. Room was very run down.

Se você precisa de um hotel barato somente para dormir, ok! Este é o tipo de hotel que você tem que chegar por volta das 11pm, tomar banho dormir e sair cedo para pegar o voo, se você está atrás de um hotel assim, ele é aceitável! Fora isto, fuja deste lugar! O hotel está caindo aos pedaços! O banheiro sujo, com muitos vazamentos, e com retoques muito mal feitos! Toalhas de banho estavam sujas! Cheiro de mofo pelo quarto! Terrível! Os funcionários!? Péssimos, mal humorados e nem um pouco Cortez! Esqueci uma blusa no hotel, foi um stress para conseguir a atenção e a os vontade de alguém para me atender! A pessoa que me atendeu faltou falar se vira e vem buscar a sua blusa velha! Mas isto é o por menores, a nota baixa do hotel não tem nada a ver em ter esquecido a blusa. São bem inflexíveis o checkout era as 11hs, as 10hs já havia uma pessoa na minha porta perguntando se eu já estava saindo! E ao negociar com a recepção para sair às 12hs, ou seja uma hora a mais a resposta foi categórica! Não! Se quiser tem que pagar 70 dólares! Nenhuma empatia, estava com minha filha dormindo ainda, tive que sair às pressas do quarto pois havia chegado tarde na noite anterior e por este motivo acabei esquecendo minha blusa no hotel! Mas como disse, se você precisa de um hotel barato somente para dormir e vazar para o aeroporto no outro dia bem cedo, pode ser um bom local! Do contrário fuja!

I needed an inexpensive room by the airport. My expectations were low but I was pleasantly surprised by the size and furnishings of the room. It was a comfortable and convenient stay. Being right by a freeway, there was of course highway noise but that was obvious from the location, no surprise. The breakfast was better than expected. I did not use the pool but saw some other guests enjoying it. There’s a funky-nice fish grill restaurant adjacent. All in all, a good choice for an early morning flight.

Upon checking into Room 239, we immediately encountered extremely unsanitary and unacceptable conditions. There were roaches crawling on the wall behind the bed toward the mirror. The pillowcases were visibly filthy — brown in color despite being intended to be white. The curtains had noticeable holes, and the carpet was very old, stained, and emitted a foul odor that made the room smell unpleasant. Additionally, the bathtub was dirty and stained, and there was no soap bar provided to wash our hands. Due to the condition of the room, we were forced to go out and purchase cleaning spray and disinfectant wipes in order to clean the surfaces ourselves. After reporting these issues to the front desk, we were reassigned to Room 245. Unfortunately, the second room was in similar condition and did not resolve the concerns we had already raised. By this time, we were physically and mentally exhausted from packing and moving our belongings, and we no longer had the energy to continue switching rooms. The conditions we experienced were unacceptable and far below reasonable cleanliness and hospitality standards. This situation caused significant inconvenience, discomfort, and distress. I am requesting a formal review of this matter and appropriate compensation for the unacceptable conditions we endured during our stay. I also strongly recommend that immediate attention be given to housekeeping and maintenance standards at this property to prevent future guests from experiencing simi

Absolutely disgusting. The rooms were filthy, there were handprint stains on the doors, the bedroom sheets were stained, the bathroom was covered in mildew. The carpets were torn and burned, and the room was covered in dust. The entire property smelled musty and damp. Absolutely filthy, my husband and I were too scared to shower or take our shoes off, we slept in our clothes on top of the bedding.

There were spiders on the ceiling, cockroaches in the tub. Only 2 lights worked in the room. The room had a horrible smell. The entire thing was simply disgusting and poorly maintained. The staff didn't converse with me. The two staff members were talking about leaving the company the entire time I was at the front counter. It was not worth the money, at all.

This was the filthiest room I’ve ever stayed in. To pay $150+ and not feel comfortable enough to step in that disgusting shower is insane. Dirt, grit, grim and crud in all corners. I literally “slept” with my clothes and shoes on, on top of the bed. I also brushed my teeth with bottled water. Do not stay here.

besides being very outdated. My room was not clean. My sheets were dirty and the bathroom had mold. The toilet was not attached to the floor and would shift when I sat to use it and after sanitizing with alcohol wipes it was evident there was very little effort made to clean the surfaces in the room. While staff was very friendly, the room itself was disappointing.
