to Expedia:
I have never been able to stay at Chiado 44, I tried to
contact your customer service for two weeks, because every time I pressed the button to cancel the reservation a system error appeared. but as you know your phones nobody answers.
I have contacted the hotel several times, even following the indications of the emails that you have sent automatically to all customers, they have not accepted to
apply the free cancellation but they guaranteed that they
would have canceled the reservation at the cost of the
first night, issuing a voucher from reuse.
instead we have been charged, directly from Expedia, the cost of the entire stay,
please correct it with a quick refund. thank you
