I usually don't write reviews unless my experience has been very good. In this case, for the first time in my life, I write just because my staying was one of the worst ever experienced while traveling.
The room was ok, furnitures a bit cheap but overall ok. The worst thing was the personnel of the hotel, especially the front desk. Their English is poor but that was not a problem for me. The problem was, their attitude, they never tried to really help, for anything literally. Once one of them even laughed at me because someone stolen my umbrella and I just asked what I could do since it was raining outside... seriously.
Then another time I simply asked how long would have taken for a taxi to get to the airport the day after, when I was leaving. The answer "I don't know" and that's it.
So if you want to have a nice staying do go to this hotel, especially if you don't speak Thai.
