We are a couple in our 60s, both retired, and we travel throughout Europe all time with our camper van. In December we decided for this hotel in Munich, as it was only a short holiday.
On the third night of our stay, we heard a lot of noise at our door: a (probably) drunk guy was trying to enter our room, banging and shouting in German, and he couldn't get in only because we both were pushing the door hard from the inside. This went on for a good 10 minutes. While pushing the door we couldn't reach the phone to call the reception, but someone fortunately heard our shouts and called the police.
Guess what? The following morning, the impolite and arrogant hotel staff minimized the situation and blamed us for having the police in his hotel, like we were a couple of elderly dumb people afraid of our own shadow.
Think twice before choosing this hotel, and do not count on help and comprehension from the hotel staff.
