This is a small boutique hotel with 40 or so rooms. Just so you know, there are no elevators which was fine for us. The staff is warm and friendly...eager to help so that you have the best time possible. The rooms are small but comfortable. The furnishings are simple but enough. Who really travels to stay in the room all day anyway right? The cold breakfast buffet was adequate with cheeses, hams, salamis, hard boiled eggs, breads, cereal and fruits. Let's not forget the great coffee. The public beach which was clean and beautiful is only a two minute walk from the hotel. All in all, I would recommend this small hotel for anyone planning a stay in Lido, Venice. George C. and Family.
