during the booking I found a staff very kind supporting to book the room. The situation changed when we arrived at the hotel and some standard requirements in a 4star hotel were not satisfied (1) air con is managed by the concierge, so it means that if in the middle of the night you want to switch off or change temperature it's not possible, we didn't know, at the end we removed the electricity but a wrong electricity contact continued to make a lot of noises (2) the breakfast is very limited, there are no healthy option like vegetable milk, lactose free, no yoghurt, every day the same fruit and the same manufactured cakes (3) with the lack of rain this year it's normal that some areas in Venice has a stronger smell, I didn't expect to find it in the room, the cleaners fix it with a bit of deodorant and it was all good, it could be done before we needed to complain
