“Thanks again Pinewood! We upgraded our room no problem on arrival. My family and I were comfortable and grateful for such a clean and lovely room. Check-in was easy and the staff were so friendly. Great price for a last minute upgrade. We will stay here again when we come back up North. Highly recommend! ”
