Dirty bait & switch! SHUTTLE NOT a guarantee, and for early morning flights, very unlikely?!
I booked this for one night, purely based on its claim to have a shuttle service to the adjacent airport. However, (although the location is .5 miles from the airport), the shuttle only runs every half hour, and only takes 7 people at a time?
So for my 6:30 am flight, Hyatt House refused me for their 5AM (earliest shuttle they have) AND the 5:30 …. because it was pre-booked by AIRLINES who have crews staying here.
The front desk person made clear that Hyatt House feels zero inclination to help guests who aren’t among the first 7 to “first come first served” request shuttle service. Yet ironically she claimed it’s “first come first served up to only 7 people” just after admitting the full shuttle was pre-booked by the airline for their crew, so really, there was never a shuttle service available to me at all since I’m not part of an airline crew.
Flat out FALSE ADVERTISING.
I can think of at least 5 “out of the box” alternative solutions Hyatt House could execute to get me to the airport, but Hyatt House says this isn’t their problem to resolve and that I just need to make my own arrangements.
I wonder what happens after the 7th person comes down for the promised “breakfast included”. Is that only for the first seven people (but really only flight crews) also?
