They didn't clean the room one day and on the last night they even left the dustpan inside the room, the showers to rinse off after going to the beach never worked, well neither did the ones at the pools, only one worked almost to the restaurant area, it's unheard of, the food at the buffet is not stocked, the dishes leave the food dry, the food at the pool is very poor quality, the restaurants at night for dinner are good but they never have space if you are not Elite they leave you as if you hadn't paid, if it weren't for Javier who is the one who helped us at all times it would have been a complete disappointment, they should have more workers like the one who values the guest and helps them, positive things to recognize the waiters all very friendly and helpful made our stay a difference in their treatment, the entertainment team is very good with all the energy the guy who does makeup for the pool party excellent, dedicated with the shirt on from where he works
