I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40.
No reception service after 23.
They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message.
I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least somebody answering but no chance! I did not what to do...any indications for a late arrival so I had the idea to go again outside and I saw a bell and after several times pressing the button a night service guard replied.
After 20 minutes he arrived but he was not able to find my key.
A nightmare; I think this service should be implemented.
Nevertheless, the lady I met in the reception, the day after was very kind and she apologized for the inconvenience.
