Great and Not-So-Great Feedback
This is the second time I have stayed here in the past 6 months. Here is my experience:
1. One person in particular was quite friendly at check in (4pmish) and one was not. At check-out (10:45ish), the single person was not friendly nor helpful with a concern I had.
2. I am an older traveler and requested a room with a toilet grab bar and shower grab bar. I was accommodated, but surprised that the tub was not equipped with anti-slip strips.
I suggested at check-out that perhaps the room should not be rented out until that was fixed. The tub was quite slippery.
The clerk informed me that all their tubs were like that and no one else had drawn that to their attention ever.
3. The room was very spacious, but it was obvious it was seldom used. I would suggest that if they know someone is going into a room that is not often used, someone might run in and do a quick dust.
4. The sheets were lovely.
5. I know this is nothing that can be fixed, but it is interesting to note that the room that would be used for someone who needed an accommodation was the furthest from the elevator.
Overall, my room was quite large, parking was good, but I was not told that housekeeping was only provided upon request (I never use anyway) and I was not offered a free drink upon arrival. Something to keep in mind.
Lastly, it is unlikely that I'll return to this particular property.
