The mattress is old and hard and the shower is very tight and uncomfortable. There was construction so we couldn't use the balcony. The balcony also had bright lights outside you couldn't turn off and it was very bright at night. It was incredibly warm and we were not able to adjust the temperature unless we opened the door to the balcony (which was very loud with city noise).

We recently stayed. Overall the rooms were good - nice bedding, balconies over looking the avenue and good size. The challenge was check-in. If there is someone there it is probably straight forward but we had to check-in after hours and it was confusing with hard to understand instructions. I'd still recommend staying just try to get in when someone is available. The hotel was great on Whats App answering questions, arranging taxis, etc.

We booked 3 rooms at this property for a group city break. The rooms were very nice, modern and clean. It is more a serviced apartment than a hotel and the entrance to the building could be improved. It is not well sign posted and upon entering the building there is only 1 lift which goes to the 3rd floor that can only hold 2 people so this made it difficult for us to enter and leave as a group of 6.
