L’hotel è ben posizionato, pulito e le camere sono spaziose e il prezzo è buono per gli standard di NY. Due note dolenti: Palestra fatiscente e Colazione poverissima, alle 9 già non c’erano quasi più cornetti, zero pane, veramente poca scelta.

Overpriced. Not worth the money. Charged $43 per day for nonexisting facilities. Shower not working 3 days. Reported it twice but not fixed. Breakfast was pastry and coffee. Really? Even for New York it was outrageous

This is the first time we have bothered to rate a hotel. Thank you for a fantastic stay. The location was perfect for exploring New York. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful - a huge thank you. The room (1008) was very comfortable and clean.The towels changed everyday. The breakfast was more than sufficient - the dining area clean. We have recommended the Hayden to our family and friends and we are looking forward to returning.

Quarto simples, mas limpo. O café da manhã deles é terceirizo, eles não tem cozinha. Mas muito bons os croissants e iogurtes. Não encontrei nas instalações bebedouros de água. Mas bem localizado e a equipe muito prestativa.

Great location and very helpful and kind staff. The bed was unfortunately rock hard and very uncomfortable. It also squeaked a ton when just getting in/out and turning over. My partner and I both sat on the end of the bed to tie our shoes and it tipped up into the air! Room finishes were not great--sloppy paint jobs and tile work and everything was a little worn (wonky lamps, dents, etc.). 5th floor on the back of the building was very quiet but the bed made it really hard to get a good nights rest. Skip the breakfast--I wish it has not been included and that the price of the room had been lower. Unfortunately this stay was not worth the price.

I’ve stayed at this property probably at least 1/2 dozen times. Usually my go to hotel of late when in city. I can deal with occasional light bulbs out. what I can’t overlook is unclean sheets. There appeared to be crumbs on the sheets… that were there before checking in. Hate to think we slept on unclean sheets🙄

Location-10/10 Staff-10/10 Breakfast- 8/10 Bath Room- 7/10 - shower in bathroom was very messy, water goes everywhere due to the shower head being old and the half glass not covering enough to handle the out of control water. Bedroom- 8/10 - Could not get the TV to work. Didn’t care enough to ask for assistance, the room is small, they could ditch the desk to create more room. Full mirror inside the armoire which makes it difficult to utilize. You have to open the doors which blocks the very small walkthrough space. Overall- I would definitely stay here again, but would not be my first choice.

I hate to write this review because this is my favorite place to stay. (so don't take my room!) Perfectly located between 6 and 7th avenue, near MSG, near the subways, my favorite restaurants, Little Korea, Herald Square and walkable to the High Line! Love that it's in the middle of the Flower District too. Low key, clean and my home away from home.

The hotel was nice, but the bed was very firm and the A/C didn't work very well. Our room was very warm when we checked in. Maintenance came and worked on it and it worked for a few hours and then the room warmed back up.

Property is old and in the process of being remodeled. Not all rooms are suitable for guests. My 70 year old mother’s room not only did not have a working A/C unit it only worked as a heater in the middle of NYC summer. We asked for a change and were told no other rooms were available. Asked for a refund to go to a different hotel and front desk responded claims need to be submitted by email and response received within 3 days. How does that help staying for 3 nights? Front desk personnel have no authority to provide any solutions and there’s no manager available during night hours. Terrible experience

My husband and I stayed for three nights and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and the location was perfect for us. The parking was a short walk away and restaurants were nearby. We went to the Rush concert so MG was super close and the area is very walkable. We had a nice stay. Thank you!

Parking is not on site as marked, need to park on other street, air conditioner didn't work, after 3 hours of attempts to repair the room was changed, In the new room shower was broken, money safe didn't work, daily housekeeping by demand only in the evening. Staff is helpful.

Super séjour à New York, au sein d'un hôtel bien entretenu et idéalement situé. Néanmoins, il était mentionné "petit-déjeuner continental" alors qu'il n'y avait que du sucré et pas énormément d'options. Par ailleurs, il y avait beaucoup de gâchis et aucune possibilité de recyclage ou compostage + la vaisselle était suremballée et à usage unique. En conclusion : tri et empreinte carbone à revoir !!!
