“The lady at the reception was very nice and hospitable. We didn’t receive a VIP Access benefit, at least not what we thought we would have received from our experience at other resorts and hotels. We did receive a bottle of wine, wasn’t sure if that came standard with every room, but when I asked about room upgrade, pretty much every room was standard, and the same as the others. The food was really good at the restaurant.”

“Very spacious for a family stay. Understand is a farm style, but cutlery and crockery are very old rusted and I think not clean and safe to use. Farm style is nice, but the place needs some upgrades and more comfort to suit today's lifestyle. Close to the shopping centre and entertainment. Very nice that it's not in the city centre. Hopefully a more modern environment in a few years time. ”
