Pretty hotel but many peoblems with room quality
20 dollars for parking in an external lot with no security. Arrived to the consierge telling us there was a "water stain" on the roof. Not sure why he wouldn't have placed us in another room but okay no problem. We get to the room and the windows are incredibly dirty and there's hair in the shower. Not the end of the world so we deal. Then the toilet doesn't flush properly. We call the concierge and after over an hour we have to call again for them to finally come and fix it. The next morning, we try to take a shower but there's no hot water! The hot water was too much for me, so I tell the consierge at check out and all he says is "oh yeah, sorry about that the water somehow got turned off for a few minutes (we kept trying for two hours)." No offer to discount stay or even comp the parking. The reservation listed breakfast included but there was none. It's a shame because asthetically the place is quite pretty, and we booked it because we wanted something a little nicer than a basic hotel for newyears. Overall though, if you're gonna spend over 200 dollars a night much better to spend your money elsewhere.
