I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have previously been very satisfied with the hotel's customer service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed this time. When checking in, the reception was rude and I didn't feel very welcome. We didn't get a "Welcome, I hope you're having a good time, have you been there before" kind of words, just a blunt request to fill out a sign-in form and a half-hearted indication of where to find breakfast. What if I had needed help with something, would I have received it? When we checked out, there was no one at the reception, I was left wondering what if I needed a taxi or left my bags. The room was basic clean, there were a few stains here and there.
