Cute, rustic room - just a bit loud
We stayed for one night at the Inn while visiting family. The Inn was conveniently located, but the neighborhood around it seemed a little bit sketchy. I highly recommend checking in during daylight hours so you have a clear idea of where you will be parking and how to get to your room from the parking area. Sabrina gave me a quick tour when I came to pick up the keys, which was very helpful.
The room was clean and cute in a nice log cabin rustic way. It is quite large, and the bathroom is not adjoining the bedroom so you won’t be disturbed if your partner gets up to use the bathroom during the night.
We loved the art work and the inlays in the walls. The mini splits worked well keeping the area cool. It did take some searching to find the remote - I expected it to be on the bedside table or maybe the coffee table, but it was on the entry table.
When we got back to the room around 9:30, there was a party going on in the courtyard right outside our window, which included a live band. A woman did come up to us as we were unlocking the door to let us know the party would be breaking up soon. They shut down around 10 pm.
Around 3am, some people came into the common kitchen area which is right outside the door to this room. They were talking and opening and closing the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes. It was enough to wake both of us up. I would give it another shot if I come back on my own. Be sure to check out the shops - lots of interesting art and craftwork.
