Overall, a subpar experience for a costly hotel. There's self check-in with no front desk. I requested a room away from the elevator when I made the reservation and I was put into the room on the floor closest to the elevator. Once I went to the room to discover this, I had to go back down and find someone to help me move rooms. I did get a new room. The rooms are lacking in amenities. There are no bathrobes, slippers, hand lotion, coffee maker, or electric tea kettle. The sink is outside of the bathroom, and the bathroom only offers partial privacy with a barn door. The hotel offers "free" coffee, but only until 8:00 a.m. I say "free" because there is a $45 resort fee per night that you're required to pay, even if you don't use the gym or other amenities. Booking through hotels.com gave me a $51 food and beverage credit, which the hotel didn't apply correctly and I had to follow up with them to get the full credit (so check your invoice). It also doesn't cover gratuities, so you should know that. Two days before checking in I emailed for a reservation in an igloo at their restaurant and never heard back from them, even though that evening no igloo was being used. We later found out that we could use an igloo on a Sunday night, but there was a $100 per person minimum. Needless to say, we passed. The room itself was starting to look dated, with mold around the grout in the bathroom. All in all, the cost far exceeded the quality for this hotel and I would not recommend it.
